We introduce a simple and transparent process to kick off your bi-weekly service. For the initial three cleans, we charge an hourly rate. Following this, we can establish a fixed rate to maintain the cleanliness of your home consistently.
Please inform us at least two (2) business days in advance during our office hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday) if you need to reschedule. You must provide proper notice to avoid being charged a fee of $65.
We will send you invoices via email within 1 to 2 business days for your convenience. We recommend making payments using credit cards or ACH to ensure added security. Many customers find it convenient to submit their credit card authorization, and we will process your payment within 1 to 2 business days. A 3.5% convenience fee will be charged on all credit card and Venmo transactions.
We understand that you may not be present during our cleaning sessions, but we appreciate the importance of your home's details. Around 90% of our customers entrust us with keys, garage codes, or alternative access arrangements. Before our arrival, we take note of your home's unique characteristics to ensure we provide a personalized and efficient service.
Please sit back and relax as we care for all your cleaning needs with our top-of-the-line equipment, supplies, and fresh towels. If you have any specific product in mind, our cleaning technicians would be happy to use it. We place your satisfaction as our top priority, so kindly inform us within 24 hours if any area doesn’t meet your expectations, and we will be pleased to redo it.
Our top priority is to provide you with a reliable and consistent cleaning crew for your routine cleaning services. In the event of any absence, we make every effort to send at least one or two familiar team members to your home to ensure you receive the same high-quality service. However, we strive to provide a consistent team for call-in cleanings, but this may vary depending on their availability.
If you require additional time or have any specific requests, please inform us in advance. We will make all possible efforts to accommodate you, but please be aware that extra time may result in additional charges. Kindly give us a notice of at least one day for out-of-town guests, construction, new pets, or special events.
Our billing structure requires a minimum of one hour, after which we round off to the nearest quarter hour. You can select a preferred day for your regular cleaning, and we will try to accommodate you. Although we cannot guarantee exact arrival times, you can request a morning or afternoon slot, and we will do our best to meet your preference.
We recommend clearing clutter like newspapers, schoolwork, and personal items to optimize cleaning. A clutter-free space allows us to create a pristine living environment for you.
